Its impossible to deactivate a belief.  When you try to deactivate it you activate it more.  Because of the Law of Attraction.

 

But you can activate more beneficial beliefs n focus on those.

 

In time you give more air time to the beneficial beliefs and the Law of Attraction will bring u more of that which you are focusing on.

 

In time the other not beneficial beliefs will fade and you will hardly remember what it was.

 

This is the only technique.  And it’s simple. If you’re aware.

 

Best and fastest and most fun and efficient path to awareness?  Get on yo mat. ;)
