When you say, “I am,” the words that follow are bringing on creation.  You are creating with those powerful words!  The words “I am” are powerful because you are declaring it to be a fact.  You are stating it with an incredible force because you are certain (or the Universe believes so because of the words “I am”), and so right after you say, “I am tired” or “I am sick” or “I am late” or “I am fat” or “I am broke” or “I am depressed,” the Universe delivers.  Immediately.

Watch your words.  Are they creating the life you want?  Are they helping you to be the person you want to be?  Are they a reflection of your authentic self?
