Thank you for this great reminder that what we put out is what we get back. I’ve gotten similar comments about my post-baby body from my mom friends, especially since my second daughter was born in March. I tell them that if you feel great about who you are then your self will respond and you will “look great”. Some are ready to hear that and others aren’t there yet. Your post this week made me smile and itch to get on my mat.

MY BOOK: It’s DONE!

It’s actually been done for some time now (before I had the twins), but I’m in the process of choosing the BEST GRAPHIC DESIGNER EVER to do the layout, and the BEST PROOFREADER EVER to proofread it.

I’ve had many responses to my post on our PRANAPOWERYOGA.COM website, and so I’m going through them one by one and looking at everyone’s work, so that I have clarity on the best person to choose for each task. This is taking longer than it took me to write the book! LOL.

So, long story long, I’d LOVE for my book to be out for the HOLIDAYS, but we’ll see what The Universe has in store.

I always listen to the flow, and so if it’s lined up differently than that intention, so it will be.
