Take a risk and you will get a reward, although it may not be a medal.
I was asked to model in an Eco Fashion Show—fusing style and sustainability. “Pretty cool,” I thought, “and it’s for charity.”
So I cleared my schedule for the day to do my part for the environment and for charity.
And to face my fear.
The thought of walking down a runway did fill me with trepidation, I admit, and I follow Eleanor Roosevelt’s wise words daily: “every day do something you are afraid of.”

As you begin to flow more easily through your yoga practice, you begin to flow more easily through your life.
Leave old baggage behind. The less you carry, the farther you go.
Tomorrow is often the busiest day of the week.
Learn to surrender in this yoga pose, and you will learn to let go in your life.
